What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our B2B Growth team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the acquisition strategy of new healthcare professionals across the French market, fostering cross-sell and upsell opportunities as well as improving customer retention. You will support a variety of verticals, including medics and pharmacists, and will be instrumental in generating leads, increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through inbound strategies, and providing analytical support for our outbound teams. Additionally, you will support the company's shift towards a more product-led growth and self-served business model.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive lead generation, MRR growth, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and optimize data-driven strategies to identify and target potential healthcare professionals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, MRR, cross-sell/upsell success, and outbound team support.
  • Product-Led Growth Support: Provide data insights to support the company's shift towards a product-led growth strategy and enhance self-served business capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, global data and local sales excellence to align data insights with business strategies.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining and updating databases and CRM systems.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Sell/Upsell Optimization: Identify and analyze opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers, and develop strategies to maximize these opportunities.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and enhance long-term loyalty.

You could be our next team mate if you have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a B2B growth environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
