What you’ll do

As a (Senior) Community Manager (x/f/m), you will oversee and manage our B2B community in Benelux to increase the engagement of our B2B users. In this role, you will work conceptually, creatively, and operationally on our existing community program and build new community programs from scratch - from setting goals and implementing them to fostering engagement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and managing members of our community of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands
  • Further development of the community program for our B2B users, with a focus on interacting with program members to improve our services, strengthen the engagement of the entire user community, and build brand ambassadors.
  • Creating the engagement model for the community program, maintaining close and constant communication with program members, and taking care of member support.
  • Planning and executing projects with program members and coordinating initiatives with other Doctolib teams, such as the Local Go-To-Market Strategy Team, to deliver an immersive experience to our users & ensure their satisfaction
  • User research: Spending time in our user practices to understand their workflow and needs
  • The main KPIs you will contribute to are:
    • Active members & activity
    • Satisfaction
    • Building new communities

 

Your skills

  • You have a degree in Health Management / Health Economics, a Medical degree or similar fields. 
  • You have 2-5 years years of experience in Community Management and in developing community, brand ambassador, and loyalty programs.
  • You bring a passion for healthcare, enjoy looking beyond the horizon, and are keen on engaging with health policy contexts.
  • You are well-organized and maintain an overview even during intense project phases.
  • You are characterized by a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a team. Efficiency, precision, and empathy are in your nature.
  • You have an outstanding ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Dutch and have business-fluent English skills.
