Doctolib is looking for you for an internship in the Product department for our office in Berlin

Join a team of passionate and hardworking entrepreneurs to transform healthcare! Working in the product & tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. You’ll work across our engineering, design, and business teams in an agile environment to drive impact for practices across Germany.

What you`ll do

As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

  • Coordinate pioneer testing across 14 HCP and MFAs in preparation for our newest product launches in the German market
  • Collaborate with Product managers to ready testing environment and test patients for session of user testing
  • Moderate user interviews with pioneer users

At the end of your internship you will / Working with us, you will:

  • Develop a user-first product mindset
  • Drive impact towards launching new products
  • Understand the ways-of-working in one of Europe’s largest start-up product teams

  • Strong user-first mindset and ability to understand our user pain points, needs, and key workflows
  • Technical affinity and experience with other SaaS software tools
  • Well organized with strong communication skills
  • C1 or C2 level German

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Already a first experience coordinating a large project across multiple teams
  • IT management, UX/UI, or software development experience
