What you’ll do

Doctolib  is actively seeking a Travel & Car Fleet Associate to enhance the everyday experience of its employees. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for all drivers and travelers within Doctolib, guiding them from the moment of onboarding through their daily activities. Your mission will be to provide support and ensure that their employee journey is consistently exceptional, addressing a wide array of needs that arise along the way.

  • You will book transportation and accommodation for new joiners each month in coordination with the Onboarding team.
  • You will support and enhance the process to deliver, swap, and repair company cars.
  • You will assist travelers and drivers on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving the experience of travelers and drivers, both locally and globally.
  • You will lead or contribute to projects designed to enhance the Travel & Car Fleet structure and processes, both locally and globally.
  • You will follow up and report on KPIs.
  • You will manage the travel and expenses booking systems.
  • You will be the touchpoint for key stakeholders in Germany regarding Travel & Car Fleet topics.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Already worked in a Travel or Car Fleet environment/team
  • Are familiar with traveling online booking tools & expense reports tools 
  • You can also speak French and/or Italian
