Doctolib is looking for a temporary GTM FR Key Account manager within GTM Strategy Team in France to ensure the continuity of her missions during a maternity leave. 

The GTM team is driving 100% of the end-to-end growth strategy in France: from identifying the main growth drivers to delivering them, working closely with all internal stakeholders: Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Public Affair and Finance. By joining the GTM team, you will be at the heart of the growth machine of Doctolib, making strategic vision real; driving delivery with cross functional teams and defining upside and remediation actions when needed.

What you’ll do?

As GTM FR KA manager, you will be leading the growth & satisfaction strategy for specific clusters: Hospitals (MCO, SMR, PSY), Nursing Home, Salaried Health Centers, Radiology Centers, Nurses and  grouping of healthcare professionals such as CPTS through our care coordination tool. 

You will report directly to the new FR GTM Directory (or FR Managing Director) and you will manage a team of 4 committed and expert profiles from 5 to 10 years of experience. 

Your responsibilities include: 

  • Understand your clusters: needs and pain points, HCPs and patient relationship; IT and HR environment, regulation, competition, market financials. You are the internal reference point for your clusters
  • Define best solutions for each of them from product strategy, value proposition, USP, to pricing and packaging. In particular you will: 
    • secure the launch of our new offers in October for Salaried Health Centers, Radiology and Hospitals
    • continue to improve our solutions for our 2 internal startups (Nursing Home, Nurse)
    • anticipate the launch of future offers: strategy for a clinical & financial software for Salaried Health Centers, adapted tools for salaried to manage their activities (analytics), to digitize their secretariat (virtual assistant) and new solutions to improve preventive, continuous & remote care for hospitals
  • Work hand-in-hands with the right stakeholders internally to follow and deliver our sales, marketing and satisfaction plans
  • Leverage external growth support (partnership, M&A) if needed
  • Review business plan targets quarterly for each growth target to feed the annual strategic plan, monitor the achievements and identify risks & boosters

Who are you?

  • You have a strong healthcare knowledge and have a relevant experience in the French healthcare sector;
  • You have a strong business acumen, embody the “start small, think big” and are not afraid to fail;
  • You have management experience and leadership skills to drive your expert team and engage stakeholders including Top Management;
  • You are super user-centric and have on the ground mindset;
  • You are super structured, analytical and organized and are able to quickly onboard on new topics.
