In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner. 

On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 3 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy).  

 

Missions :

Remote :

  • Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone call, open ticket on the helpdesk platform).
  • Handling of level 1 requests and incidents: access to applications, technical diagnosis, etc. 
  • Accompany the user from the opening of the ticket to its complete resolution
  • Escalation of incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2).
  • Detect incidents or recurring requests with a view to continuous improvement. 
  • Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction 

On site :

  • Stock management 
  • Meeting room management: test, update, replace hardware.

Possibility of evolution towards IT Support lvl 2 in a local team.
