The Sales Performance Division is looking for a Global Sales Performance Manager to lead a team of sales performance associates. Your mission will be to boost the Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) per headcount of our 600 sales in France, Germany and Italy. 

More specifically, you will become Doctolib’s global expert on absolutely critical parts of our sales cycle. You will thus have a direct & measurable impact on MRR generation & key level 1 sales metrics.

To achieve your targets, you will lead structuring projects with a company-wide impact, leveraging top-down & bottom-up analysis and idea generation. You will work closely with our Salesforce Product managers, our Local Sales Excellence & Country Leadership teams in France, Germany and Italy, as well as our Go To Market & Data teams.

This global position is key at a time when Doctolib is scaling up at exceptional speed, developing its product portfolio & expanding its geographic presence - and therefore needs to scale its sales strategy & organization to the next level. This is also a fantastic opportunity to develop your project & team management skills and develop best-in-class sales operations skills at a company recognized both as a sales powerhouse and a leading eHealth European scale-up. You will report directly to the Director of Global sales performance and enjoy substantial exposure to C-level executives.

The Sales Performance Division is the global owner of all tools, processes & people strategy topics across the entire sales cycle for all products & geographies. Our North-Star KPI is MRR growth - plain & simple.


Your mission

As a Global Sales Performance Manager performance covering a substantial part of the sales cycle, your primary jobs will be to:

  • Lead a global team of sales performance experts & project managers
  • Become the absolute  reference on the sales cycle at Doctolib
  • Create & lead projects impacting our global sales performance end-to-end, which include steps such as:
    • Performing KPI-driven analysis to identify performance opportunities, working closely with our data analytics team
    • Generating key insights from the ground by working closely with sales leaders & local sales excellent teams
    • Co-designing product, process & tool solutions with our Sales tools product managers
    • Designing project implementation roadmap in our various geographies
    • Implementing change management strategies
    • Tracking impact & usage of our initiatives
  • Scale our sales strategy across geographies & products, aligning various key stakeholders & diffusing best practices & guidelines


Your skills

  • You have worked 4-6 years at a top Strategy Consulting firm, AND/OR in a Sales Operations / Performance AND/OR Sales Manager position at a company recognized for its sales process
  • You have a “product mindset” : you are driven by KPIs and know how to prioritize
  • You have excellent team & project management skills
  • You have a proven ability to “sell” & create alignment among multiple high-level stakeholders with different agendas
  • Your have solid presentation skills (oral, written & with slides) & have no problems debating with C-Suite executives
  • You know when to listen carefully to others & when to enforce strict decisions
  • You do not hesitate to take matters in your own hand, with a results oriented “get things done” attitude
  • You are rigorous & highly structured, with outstanding analytical skills
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key
  • You are ambitious and want to have a positive, concrete impact on society
  • Experience / exposure to sales is a strong plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in French or German is a plus.
