As a key player within a fast growing Legal Team with soon 30 Doctolawyers in Europe, you will be the German leader of Doctolib product suites compliance. 

You will provide product and strategy teams the compass to navigate easily through the German legal intricacies of the digitalization of Healthcare, so as to offer solutions people trust.

 

Your mission

As  Legal Counsel Product Compliance e-Health, your main missions will be:

  • Create a compelling legal framework for German products adaptation operations, to preserve the sustainable growth of the company;
  • Ensure that our products align with German regulations during the whole product lifecycle (development, launch and post-launch enhancement phases), especially on privacy and healthcare;
  • Collaborate closely with our Global Legal Counsels for our different product clusters
  • Guide the teams through Digital and Healthcare regulations using a flexible and pragmatic approach, especially with our Public Affairs and Product Strategy teams;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to document your advices;
  • Adapt our t&cs to the German market;
  • Manage our law firms

 

Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have a second state exam in law.
  • Have 3-6 years of experience in either the “Information and Communication Technologies” (ICT) sector or Healthcare or even both!
  • Have a good understanding and experience of data protection (GDPR) legislation
  • Have experience in contracts drafting and negotiation 
  • Have fluency in German and English, verbal and written
  • Enjoy working in a constantly evolving technological and regulatory landscape, with passion for addressing and solving legal product issues.
  • Have ability to work independently, but also to interact successfully with different stakeholders
  • Thrive in an innovative international and fast-paced environment.

Now, it would be fantastic if you: 

  • Have an experience in Public Affairs
  • Speak French and/or Italian
  • Have some knowledge of IP law, consumer law, litigations management
  • Have experience in startups, matrix organizations and worked in international companies
