The Sales Performance Division is looking for a Sales Performance Consultant located in Berlin. Your mission will be to boost Monthly Recurring Revenues (MRR) growth by impacting directly the MRR / headcount & retention of our 500 sales in France, Germany & beyond.

What you will do

  • Build our new Sales incentives model, with support from a consulting team and our global Compensation & Benefits lead 

  • Coordinate perfect implementation of this incentives model in a new incentives tool across France, Germany & elsewhere

  • Contribute to Sales teams organization strategy definition & implementation

  • Create KPI-driven models to perfectly monitor Sales staffing plan

  • Create action plan linked to said KPI & manage / track implementation with local teams

Your team

You will work very closely with our People Strategy team (HR), our Local Sales Excellence teams in France, Germany & elsewhere, as well as our Sales Performance Project Managers & Product Managers.

Your skills

  • You have worked three years at a Strategy Consulting firm and/or in Sales Operations

  • You are rigorous & highly structured, with outstanding analytical skills

  • You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key

  • You are results oriented with a “get things done”, KPI-driven attitude

  • You have good interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to “sell” & align multiple strategic stakeholders at Manager & Director level and above

  • Experience in healthcare is a plus

  • You are fluent in English. German and French is a plus
