The Email Account Coordinator will work under the leadership of DMI Partners’ Associate Director of Accounts and will help shape the Email Marketing Team. Our Email Account Coordinator works to support our Email clients. In this entry-level role, you will be given the opportunity to learn account management best practices, build relationships with clients and back up results through data analysis. You will receive extensive training to equip you with the knowledge to develop your expertise in the email marketing space.

DMi’s Email team is a hardworking group that manages the email marketing strategy and execution for major consumer brands. The email team is small but collaboratively tackles mighty challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Build: Building, managing, and growing lasting relationships with clients are integral to this role. You will ensure that we meet the client’s email benchmarks and exceed expectations. In collaboration with email campaign operators and clients, you will build the budgets and contracts to provide more consistent and effective service.

Develop: By thoroughly understanding the client and email channel, you’ll create email campaign KPIs. You will also prepare reports to review pacing, email engagement KPIs, and clients’ optimizations to maximize engagement from acquired subscribers. In developing this routine update, you’ll promptly complete any necessary follow-ups.

Analyze: Compiling reports to measure success and the need for optimization will be crucial in your role. You will utilize excel heavily to justify modifications and improvements to clients’ email campaigns and service contracts. You will analyze and Identify ways to advocate for potential opportunities where DMi’s services might benefit clients.

Learn: In this role, you will be given ample understanding of email marketing and the clients that work with these services. Your responsibility is to absorb this information and apply it to your daily duties.

Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000
