DMi is looking for a detail-oriented and sensible individual to join the team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will build our entry-level talent pipeline through sourcing and direct recruiting. We are looking for an individual eager to learn. You will act as the ultimate liaison between candidates and hiring managers in this role. You will facilitate a positive candidate experience and an effective hiring process. You will use various tools, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft office suite, to ensure proper organization and monitoring of the hiring process and timeline. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work under the leadership of DMI Partners’ Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Manager. Through research, evaluation, and effective communication, talent acquisition serves our seven departments to source and recruit outstanding candidates and support our phenomenal employees. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Source and Recruit: You will work towards filling DMi Partners’ entry-level roles. Utilizing recruiting tools, you will source and outreach to candidates. You'll need to be able to objectively assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Administration and Assessment: Keeping an accurate record of the candidate pipeline is critical to this role. You will need to provide detailed notes for the hiring managers you work with and create the proper tags and the most accurate positioning of candidates through the interview process for reporting purposes. You'll need to be able to provide recruitment reports to the teams responsible for hiring.

Concierge: As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as the candidate's and hiring mangers concierge. This means that you both advocate for candidates, walk them through all phases of the interview process, and streamline the work of securing talent for hiring managers. You will work step by step to ensure that all involved in the hiring process have everything they need to understand the process moving forward. This will include but is not limited to collaborating on the mapping interview plans, scheduling, scorecard monitoring, explaining interview steps, and fielding questions from candidates.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have more than six months of experience in recruiting or digital marketing
    • conducting interviews
    •  recruiting candidates
  • You’re an excellent verbal and oral communicator
  • You are personable and an active listener 
  • You’re skilled in MS Office Suite
  • You’re are comfortable making autonomous decisions

Salary range: $55,00 - 70,000
