We are looking for an experienced Email & CRM Client Strategist to join our rapidly growing team. This position will work with our Fortune 500 clients to develop, refine and implement advanced email marketing initiatives. The Email & CRM Client Strategist will work closely with our team of email marketing specialists to ensure we execute on all facets of our client’s email initiatives. The position is hands-on in developing email strategy, analyzing performance metrics, and managing deliverability. The Email & CRM Strategist is responsible for managing client expectations and communicating timelines for all internal team members.

DMi’s Email team is a hardworking group that manages the email marketing strategy and execution for major consumer brands. The email team has consistently grown over the past 12 months and enjoys collaboratively tackling mighty challenges.


  • Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps to achieve the clients' core goals and to account for existing opportunities for optimizations and deploying new strategies for their email marketing campaigns.
  • Guide the client through the strategic roadmaps, seek approval, and revise the strategy based on client feedback, direction, and priorities.
  • Communicate the roadmap, deadlines, and resources needed to the internal team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to provide evaluation and recommendations for new and existing client email messages, journeys, and automation.
  • Work side by side with the email marketing specialist to maximize the return on our client's investment in our email management services.
  • Gather and deliver all reporting and data to the client highlighting the value of DMi's services and noting client progress


  • You have 3+ years managing b2c email marketing campaigns including: Automated flows (welcome series, browse & cart abandon, post-purchase, etc.), Audience segmentation, Personalization, Open & Click Rate Optimizations
  • You have experience managing campaigns in one of the following Email Service Providers (ESP): Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, Emarsys, Braze, or Adobe Campaign
  • You’re extremely comfortable leading calls and communicating via Zoom/Teams
  • You have excellent communication skills -both verbal and written
  • You’re proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
  • You are responsive and meet requested deadlines You have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well
  • You have a bachelor’s degree

Salary range: $60,000 to $90,000
