Overview
DLH is seeking a mid to senior level ServiceNow Administrator to support our federal customer. This role will handle configuration and deployment tasks for the NHLBI ServiceNow production instance, as well as providing day-to-day support and system enhancing recommendations for Enterprise Risk Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules. If you are an experienced ServiceNow administrator with a track record in implementing ServiceNow in a highly regulated enterprise environment, we would love to speak with you.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications;
- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes;
- Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits;
- Coordinate application and platform upgrades
- Develop systems integrations and process automation
- Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows
- General support, administration and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications;
- Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques, and formal admin activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow administration;
- ServiceNow System Admin or Developer certification (admin or higher);
- ITIL4 Certification (preferred);
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience using JavaScript, XML, and HTML; CSS, and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.
- Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB, and knowledge management applications; enterprise risk management
- Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues;
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex software application related problems;
- Ability to apply standard methodology, techniques, procedures and criteria;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
Basic Compensation: $120,000.00 -$ 140,000.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
