Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and SDD application teams to ensure efficient Production operations and optimum performance for DHA/SDD programs.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and present them to Government leadership for approval.
- Process Task Order Workflows (TOWs) submitted by SDD applications.
- Provide assistance on TOWs, maintenance activities, TOPAZ outages, software licensing, DISA interaction, and troubleshooting of Production issues.
- Provide software licensing support by proactively engaging with various vendors, PMO, and development/sustainment teams.
- Manage the software licensing process; keep the SDD client informed on expiring licenses, renewals, negotiate software products/options, and procure new licenses prior to the expiration.
- Assist project teams with software needs based on availability of licensed products, new requirements on software licenses, and usage and troubleshooting of issues involving trouble tickets with vendors.
- Track and document the software licenses used for each application within SDD.
- Keep the Government client informed on End of Life support for all existing license products.
- Provide daily assessment on SDD applications’ performance based on TOPAZ reports received.
- Analyze TOPAZ data and alerts; work with the TOPAZ and application teams to analyze the root cause and resolution for system
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the DoD Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Experience with Systems Operations/Engineering in a Production environment.
- Experience with software license management for DoD systems preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Basic Compensation: $105,000.00 -$ 155,000.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
