Responsibilities
- As Project Coordinator, assist with project management activities of information management solutions for DLH’s DoD client. Responsible for assisting the DLH Project Controller through the coordination of projects.
- Determine meeting attendees, identify and reserve meeting locations, and send and update meeting invitations. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other meeting materials.
- Facilitate project action items, schedules, and product reviews.
- Draft, coordinate, and submit weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status reports of each project. Produce information papers and PowerPoint presentation briefs and upload documents to the SharePoint file storage system as needed.
- Participate in review of project schedules for accuracy, and in the evaluation of vendor progress reports for scheduling and contract funding issues to ensure system developments are in line with project timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of project management process inputs, tools and techniques, outputs preferred.
- Excellent organizational and both oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with a team, execute tasks and projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to write and present effective project materials, presentations, status-reporting, etc.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred, but not required
- DHA experience preferred, but not required
Basic Compensation: $60,000.00 -$70,000.00 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
