The Role

The mission of the Money Management team is to provide the tools for millions of people to get one step closer to reaching their financial goals. As Product Manager, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Design, Research, Data, Marketing, and Operations to ideate, build, and bring to market new product experiences that advance our mission of financial empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, shaping the product strategy to capitalize on these insights.
  • Customer Research and Experimentation: Champion customer-centric development, conducting in-depth customer research and leveraging best practice experimentation techniques to validate hypotheses and inform product development strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Employ exceptional facilitation and visual facilitation techniques to engage teams and stakeholders in productive discovery and inception workshops.
  • Strategic Thinking and Roadmapping: Help to drive the strategic vision and development of the product roadmap for a given vertical, balancing short-term achievements with long-term goals.
  • Delivery: Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to achieve product objectives.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Help to create a positive learning environment for others in the team.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in Consumer Payments, Merchant Payments, or Consumer Lending, with a proven track record of iterating upon existing products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the payments landscape in Indonesia.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to define and evolve the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, capable of building rapport quickly and managing relationships across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive customer research, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Able to confidently operate using both English and Indonesian Bahasa.
  • To be based in Jakarta.
  • Merchant payment/acquiring business or cash management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation process improvement is a plus.
