Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the business leaders to understand the hiring needs
  • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
  • Own the 360 hiring process from the sourcing to offer management
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers, and internal departments, working as a seamless part of the HR operation
  • Ensure the applicant tracking system and application users have the appropriate training and continued coaching
  • Monitor and adhere to SLA's, including performance targets.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant major
  • At least three years of relevant work experience (in a tech recruiter capacity)
  • Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective Talent Acquisition strategies
  • Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Tech/data roles
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • A self-starter who can act as a solid individual contributor
  • Ability to think strategically
