It is early days, and AI testing is evolving as a category. So we need a product marketer to shape this new category that holds the potential to accelerate AI velocity. Whether by redefining the story we tell the market or helping us close the next Fortune 500 customer, this product marketer will have a big impact in both the size of the market and our share of it. If you are a high-throughput and strategic thinker that enjoys distilling technical software into value that speaks to the customer, this is the role for you.
This position reports to the Head of Marketing. You’ll be working closely across leadership, go-to-market and engineering to differentiate our product.
What you will do day-to-day:
- Create presentations and write thought leadership that shape our category
- Design decks, develop sales tools and deliver ROI analysis that unlock enterprise pipeline
- Support a technical, consultative enterprise software sales process to maximize velocity and success rate in closing business
- Collaborate across the sales, product, customer success and engineering teams to evolve our message, launch products and run campaigns
- Draw on AI validation/evaluation, DevOps, CI/CD or similar industry expertise to communicate to our technical audience
- Be an agent of change within our organization, increasing our velocity, accelerating growth and boosting our success rate
What skills we are looking for:
- Seasoned: Experienced (5+ years) in product marketing for enterprise software
- Strong Communicator: Adept at distilling complex technical subjects into digestible content
- Cross-functional: Collaborates across teams to drive clarity and execute with bigger impact
- Multimodal: Skilled in developing world-class presentations, written content, and data analysis
- Balanced: Deliberate in the work you do, balancing the speed with which you get work done with maintaining a high bar for overall quality of this throughput
- Efficient: Capable of setting deadlines and sticking to them with radical prioritization
- Passionate: Interested in AI testing and validation, with the curiosity to dig in and become an expert
Bonus Points:
- Education: MBA or technical degree in computer science, applied math or similar discipline
- Industry: Past work at CI/CD, testing, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps or similar company
- Outcomes: History that includes scaling startups or playing a pivotal role in generating new pipeline and closing enterprise contracts

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Distributional ranges from USD $155,000 - $215,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as location, skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
