They have around 70 datacenters servicing 29 different markets, and we can't disclose their clients – but think about any significant industry player from hyperscalers, banks, healthcare and social media platforms, and they're likely in their CRM.
We're looking for an experienced Agile QA Manager to lead our client's quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in implementing Agile methodologies, establishing quality metrics, and developing innovative tools and processes to meet the quality objectives. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and shaping testing strategies in an Agile environment to deliver top-tier software products.
Key Duties:
- Implement and refine Agile QA best practices and methodologies
- Create and monitor QA team performance metrics
- Enhance testing efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle
- Manage product issue resolution and defect analysis
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and report to leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in Agile QA environments
- In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and related management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Strong background in software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies
- Experience in developing QA metrics and procedures
- Proficiency with lifecycle and test case management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work within Eastern time zone
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium
