We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a digital transformation initiative with visibility at the highest levels of our client's organization. These projects will contribute to this organization becoming a digital leader in the utility industry.
This will be a six-month contract with a high expectation for an extension based of performance. This position will be primarily remote with an occasional need to travel to Omaha.
Position Description & Qualifications We are seeking a highly collaborative and driven individual who can work with many partners across the AMI Ecosystem Program to make things happen. This program consists of highly integrated and interrelated projects, with at least one Project Manager leading each one. The outcomes of this work are not just new metering technology and edge systems, but also people and processes related to this technology.
- This individual will need to work with all parties involved to synchronize their work and milestones and discuss and resolve upcoming obstacles as a team to ensure no key dependencies derail our progress.
- The position will have an aspect of vendor management as each of these projects will be delivered with the assistance of large consulting firms such as PwC and Deloitte as well as software vendor partners.
- Customer change readiness, adoption, and organization change management are key partners to the success of this effort, and the Program Manager must ensure these workstreams are incorporated into the ongoing efforts.
