Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the strategic vision of delightful product that adds value to clients and end user.
  • Help educate companies and individuals on the impact good product management can have and provide mentoring along the way.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive support on strategic and operational initiatives that enable our partnership goals across multiple business areas.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to assess opportunity and roadmap recommendations
  • Advise and craft go-to-market strategies
  • Owns the short term and long-term roadmap, including managing the ongoing changes to business priorities and engineering operational excellence to ensure on-time delivery
  • Develop clear, simple, and persuasive internal and external communications to influence executive stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's degree, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a technology product manager
  • Experience in technology and emerging/early-stage products.
  • Experience in operations in a large global organization.
  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modeling skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with product management and customer centric approach.
  • Thinks big; bias towards results

 

Other questions you may have:

  • This a full-time remote position with possible travel less than 20%
  • We are moving from start up to scale up so while we don't expect anyone to work 70 or 80 hour weeks, we have big goals to accomplish that tends to lean closer to 50 hours a week instead of 40

  • We have some flex on compensation but targeting $150k-$250k total comp (base+bonus) depending on your location and years of experience.
