Position Overview:
 
The Diligent HR team seeks a highly motivated and analytical individual who is eager to enhance their HR experience and impact a dynamic, growing global technology organization. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Total Reward Analyst will assist in the administration and implementation of global compensation and benefit programs to improve operational processes while working on programs that truly impact our people. This role will involve various key tasks such as being the first point of contact for all employee queries, data audits, job framework maintenance and the development of process improvements.
 
The Total Reward Analyst will have the opportunity to gain broad exposure to the various aspects of total reward consulting and to provide direct support to the design and implementation of several global core total reward programs. This also includes market data intelligence gathering and governance, as well as global reward administration and compliance. Shift Timings - EMEA (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administration and first point of contact for global queries for compensation and benefits programs including health & welfare plans, wellness and leave of absence administration matters.
  • Maintain job architecture and descriptions across all frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through audits.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team globally across all areas of reward.
  • Ad hoc total reward projects such as, but not limited to, assisting with pay equity analysis, compensation cycles and open enrolments.

Required Experience/Skills 

  • BA/BS degree or 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Benefits and Compensation in a growing global organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Interest in building expertise in Total Rewards and desire to grow position.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, customer service oriented.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, v-lookups, if statements, advanced formulas, etc.) and PowerPoint.
  • Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements and protection of sensitive HR data.
  • Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Oracle Cloud HCM experience
  • Saas Industry knowledge
