Position Overview:

At Diligent, we're looking for a Employer Brand Manager to focus on the day-to-day stewardship and execution of corporate brand marketing initiatives. Specifically, you will lead the execution of campaign plans, tactics, and playbooks by working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders. It's the perfect time to join our Bangalore team as our first Brand Manager in region, were scaling at pace and excited to welcome a true brand expert to the region.

A key component of the position will be the ability to collaborate with the product marketing and business unit marketing teams to ensure that brand initiatives support the short and long term objectives of the marketing team and the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a part of the team that develops innovative brand and product experience initiatives
  • Lead the execution of brand and product experience project plans while working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales and customer success
  • Understand the customer experience and decision making process throughout each phase of the customer journey
  • Analyze competitive, customer, and industry/category trends to influence innovative approaches with plans and strategies to bring fresh, creative thinking to market launches
  • Participate in the development and execution of project plans to keep on top of deadline management and progress monitoring in partnership with the Project Manager
  • Support the delivery of consistent, on-message integrated marketing communications activities using physical and digital tools
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of brand marketing activities and plans
  • Support budget management associated with assigned marketing activities, consult on priorities, and support the financial management process
  • Build strong relationships with key cross-org stakeholders to help guide and build integrated programs (Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Assist in managing key brand agency relationships
  • Execute on brand migration strategy alongside the Project Manager

Required Experience/Skills 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing for a technology/software brand
  • Has media planning and buying experience, even as part of a team
  • Has strong persuasive writing skills, and an experienced PowerPoint user
  • Brings brand experience form past roles (brand architecture, positioning/messaging, naming, campaign development, etc.)
