Who We Are Looking For:

It’s no secret that Digital Trends is obsessed with technology. We don’t just write about cool tech; we also create it. It takes a great product to deliver great content but more so it takes exceptional people behind the scenes to bring that to life for our audience.  As the SWAT Team Lead at Digital Trends you will be responsible for ideating, evaluating, analyzing and, if approved, executing new business concepts. You will bring an innate understanding of where business objectives and new business concepts can be leveraged both internally and externally here at Digital Trends.

As the first SWAT Team Lead at Digital Trends you will be adept at product development and project management/execution.  These skills will be complemented by commercial experience and exceptional business acumen. You will be developing and running a consistent process for the development of new products/services Once the project is approved you will be both Project Manager, Product Owner and Ambassador working across the organization to see projects through from beginning to end, all while reporting back to management and key decision makers. Key success metrics for the SWAT Team Lead will be delivering projects on time and on budget, and ensuring live projects hit agreed KPI’s.

The SWAT Team Lead is an essential role at Digital Trends that will help ensure we provide our employees, our customers, and our audience with new and exciting products that are executed flawlessly. Your contributions will create high-performing products that grow into business lines, and a project management environment that helps our business thrive, all while bringing focus to our mission of making technology accessible for everyone.

What We Require:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous or Product Management experience
  • Experience managing projects through to completion
  • Previous Product Development experience
  • Highly commercial
  • Values-driven
  • Familiar with ASANA Project Management System and JIRA
  • Experience working directly with Dev team preferred
  • Start-up or high-growth company preferred
