Your Role

The Senior Digital Designer will be assisting our creative team in designing for our B2B SaaS and Tech clients. They will be maintaining our clients’ brand experiences, through digital media, and will support the Creative Director in overseeing Digital Designers and client projects.

Your Team

You’ll be mostly collaborating with our wonderful creative team but will also work closely on projects together with our digital marketing teams.

Your Tasks

  • Assisting the Creative Director with mentoring a small team of designers through collaboration, education, and honest feedback
  • Managing client relationships and communication for creative projects, ensuring their unique needs are met
  • Setting goals, providing updates, and soliciting feedback on projects from your team
  • Conceptualizing and creating mood boards, wireframes, and mockups based on client discovery briefs
  • Review design implementations on web and advise on best approaches for interactive elements
  • Conceptualizing and creating landing pages, websites, infographics, digital ad campaigns, video editing, and more
  • Working with SEO, Paid Media, and Web Development teams to help communicate creative aspects of projects and how to best approach content

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design + relevant portfolio showcasing your work 
  • Experience managing clients and creative projects
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Firm understanding of digital marketing and design (user experience, responsive, and mobile-first design)
  • Proven experience with video editing and video/motion projects
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and/or Figma
  • Strong communication, planning, time-management, and follow-through skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail (and proofreading work)
  • Experience designing large-scale websites and design systems

Preferred Experience

  • Remote work experience
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS & Tech industry
  • Marketing agency experience
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge
  • Copywriting skills


  • $70,000 – $75,000/yr base salary, dependent on experience & portfolio
  • Commission, on top of base salary
  • 401(k) with up to 3% employer match
