Main Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading more advanced business analysis efforts, including comprehensive data analysis, process optimization, and the design of sophisticated solutions that align with organizational goals. Also plays a key role in mentoring junior analysts, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Extracting, analyzing and interpreting data using analytics techniques to produce ad-hoc analysis, reports, metrics/KPIs/KRs and dashboards.
- Leverage analytical techniques to identify underperforming trends and conduct root cause analysis to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and propose process improvements by analyzing existing business processes and systems, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement solutions that address both current and future business needs.
- Manage and coordinate business analysis activities within larger projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.
- Perform quality assurance tasks, including validating requirements, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, build consensus, and drive the adoption of new solutions and processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis methodologies and tools.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong Knowledge and Experience with SQL, Tableau Required; Python/R experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to merge, concatenate, clean and prepare large and complex datasets from multiple databases using SQL tools.
- Strong understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques, with experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Solid experience in solution design and modeling, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on enhancing analytical skills and business knowledge.
