Main Responsabilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for analytics initiatives within the organization. Align analytics efforts with overall business objectives and priorities and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, and other analytics professionals. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Oversee analytics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage resources and timelines effectively.
- Lead advanced data analysis efforts to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Utilize statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, prioritize analytics projects, and communicate insights and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Establish and maintain best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for analytics within the organization. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security, and promote compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate analytics tools and technologies to support analytics initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in analytics technology and make recommendations for investment and adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies, processes, and tools. Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of analytics operations.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in analytics. Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in related fields with at least 1 year of experience in leadership roles
- Comprehensive understanding of business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation. Ability to apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Deep knowledge of the specific industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Understanding of business processes, terminology, and key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning. Experience working with large and complex data sets and using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong understanding of solution design principles and practices, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Familiarity with data architecture, data modeling, and database management concepts.
- Advanced project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from initiation to implementation. Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution within time.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience in managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements, and presenting findings and recommendations to key decision-makers.
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Ability to anticipate potential risks associated with analytics projects and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, with experience in conducting thorough testing, validation, and verification of analytics solutions. Ability to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through rigorous testing processes.
- Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools and technologies, such as statistical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL) for data analysis and modeling.
