General Objective:

What is the reason for this position's existence? Manage and develop the product strategy, establishing the vision and ensuring its successful execution through excellence in leadership and coordination of the various specialties involved in product development and creation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and product strategy for the Payments product vertical, ensuring proper alignment between strategy and user value proposition.
  • Monitor the market, identify opportunities and weaknesses regarding the competition, and strengthen the vision and strategy based on them.
  • Generate and ensure the proper budget compliance for the products comprising the business unit.
  • Drive the growth of the assigned product by ensuring an attractive value proposition that achieves maximum market adoption and usage recurrence.
  • Be responsible for monitoring and achieving key vertical indicators/objectives. Drive a data-driven vision.
  • Manage and grow the team, taking them to the next level.
  • Inspire the creation of innovative, high-quality products with a significant impact on the lives of our users. Foster an entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications required to perform the job:

  • Experience in the financial/banking sector, particularly in the payment media industry.
  • Knowledge in the creation, scaling, and maintenance of financial and digital products. 5 years
  • Experience in managing and scaling product teams and in liaising with key areas for their development (legal, compliance, risks, among others).
  • Experience in managing teams and tech-driven solutions.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and inspirational skills.
  • Extensive analytical capabilities, with a focus on data and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Passion for developing strategies and solutions that enhance the lives of our users.
  • Extensive experience in managing development teams.
  • Experience in managing the backlog and using planning and management tools.
