Digital Asset is looking for the right sales enablement professional to support their team's global scale and growth. This role will be the global leader of enablement responsible for empowering seller success at Digital Asset. The position requires 5+ years of experience in SaaS, and a background in MEDDICC. Experience in banking/capital markets is a plus. The role will be responsible for creating the growth-minded enablement programs needed to drive revenue success across regions and effectively owning the enablement journey for both new and experienced sellers around the globe with a primary focus on large enterprise selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing a global sales enablement program to drive recurring revenue
  • Creation of learning certification programs necessary for sellers
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to promote seamless collaboration and support
  • Manage external partners and vendors to ensure program success
  • Develop repeatable revenue enablement programs that can be adjusted to scale to meet new and changing client needs 
  • Deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS) to efficiently train and educate to manage sales efforts and success
  • Actively work to identify and execute on opportunities for ongoing eduction of sales teams
  • Acute awareness of the impact of activities on pipeline and revenue creation 

 Key Criteria

  • 5+ years of experience in the process of sales enablement with a focus in SaaS
  • Experience in the MEDDICC common sales language
  • Ability to build and implement a sales enablement process connected to company vision Proven track record as a subject matter expert in the knowledge and tools of selling processes, sales presentations, and solution selling
  • Ability to confidently and effectively lead and motivate others both directly and cross-functionally

Bonus Points, but not required

  • Experience working in a financial services or capital markets environment
  • Experience with Command of Message
  • Project Management certification 
  • Masters Degree in Business
