Your mission on the team:

Digibee has an opening to help shape our global presence with a role focused on telling the Digibee story. As the head of analyst relations, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic programs and initiatives with the industry analyst community (Gartner, Forrester, etc.). You’ll work closely with all members of the Digibee leadership team to help further drive our market position; including effective communication of vision, strategy, product direction, customer success, and competitive position.


Your responsibilities:

  • Build a 6/12/18-month analyst relations plan with the ability to be tactical, flexible, and leverage immediate opportunities;
  • Communicate Digibee news to the analyst community and handle inbound analyst requests in a timely and effective manner, including surveys, inquiries, briefings and customers requests.
  • Drive program management of key reports surveys including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave’s and IDC MarketScapes. Work with product marketing and sales leaders to develop sales enablement materials in support of major report placements.
  • Manage the strategy, coordination and preparation of presentations, briefing sheets, talking points and materials needed for key spokespeople ahead of analyst interactions.
  • Assist marketing team to use analysts strategically in support of marketing efforts including website, speaking opportunities, presentations and report sponsorship for lead generation.
  • Monitor research and share analyst insights on market and competitors to key internal stakeholders.


  • MUST have Experience working/communicating with Gartner analysts in EiPaaS Magic Quadrant
  • 4+ years SaaS B2B analyst relations experience ideally in a high-growth start-up
  • Experience supporting teams on vendor evaluations for Gartner Magic Quadrants, IDC MarketScapes, and Forrester Waves, and similar reports.
  • A builder mentality and are able to ‘roll up your sleeves’, analyze data, pull key insights, and share business recommendations with the team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-starter, organized and self-motivated
  • Experienced and comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization from executive management to product management, sales, and marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred, but not required, or equivalent experience
