Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of DiDi’s affiliate programs: partner relationships, partner recruiting, activation, optimization
- Develop and implement strategies to drive user growth, conversion and efficiency via affiliate marketing programs
- Drive recruitment and business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with new affiliate partners
- Build out and iterate on affiliate payout structure, commissioning / bounties
- Build affiliate marketing processes, strategies and develop best practices to be applied regionally and globally
- Improve acquisition efficiency and maximize the contribution of affiliates as a channel
- Monitor conversion funnels and analyze user acquisition campaign performance on a daily basis
- Generate weekly performance reports and share key results with broader growth team
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements
- Design custom reporting dashboards to monitor campaign pacing and performance
- Maintain healthy communication with affiliate partners
- Work cross-functionally to drive campaign success - performance marketing team, data analysts, creative, legal, finance, etc.
- Educate broader team on affiliate marketing trends that can impact DiDi’s growth strategy
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in mobile affiliate and/or referral marketing / performance marketing in a D2C company (mobile advertiser, affiliate network)
- Experience scaling regional / global affiliate marketing programs
- Highly analytical mindset with an understanding of acquisition funnel, performance marketing KPI’s, and profitability levers
- Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models
- Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem (mobile measurement platforms, analytics, mobile affiliate networks)
- Expertise working with top affiliate ecosystem players (Impact Radius, Partnerize, Rakuten, PepperJam, CJ, etc.)
- Effective negotiation and relationship management skills
- Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical background including data manipulation, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
- Able to negotiate and influence stakeholders using data and insights
- Can quickly and thoughtfully analyze performance metrics (ex: CPM, CPC, CPI, CTR, IR, CVR, LTV) and make campaign decisions that drive positive ROAS
- Solid understanding of mobile and web attribution/measurement (tag management, postbacks, post-install event tracking, attribution models etc.)
- Experience with the LatAm digital advertising ecosystem is a plus
