This position will be the strategic people partner for Didi autonomous driving company. You will collaborate with managers, employees and other HRs to drive HR functional excellence as well as to support in people programs such as performance management, compensation system, employee training and development, diversity and inclusion, etc.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR Business partner support to major engineering teams.
Manage and coach managers to ensure we have sophisticated and empathetic managers in all roles.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Partner with business leaders on organizational design to develop a strategy, and effectively execute change management for your business unit(s).
Provide compensation support and planning which includes: salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job leveling.
Manage and facilitate development, coaching, and team building that support change and growth and ensure the team culture is high performing.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a People / HRBP role or equivalent experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced companies that are scaling rapidly.
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen and a proven track record of being a true thought partner for your clients.
