We’re looking for a CRM Automation Specialist to join our CRM Team and provide marketing support for all events on DICE.

About the role

You’ll be joining a team of four to provide planning and technical leadership in the CRM Automations pillar. Working with the CRM Lead to identify and scope new highly personalised automations, you will design and implement a campaign automation strategy across all DICE digital touchpoints.

You’ll be

  • Designing and implementing marketing automation architecture and solutions across Transactional, Content-led and Lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Designing and building data-driven customer journey campaigns.
  • Monitoring QA automations on an ongoing basis, quickly identifying bugs or mechanical issues and driving a successful resolution. 
  • Working with the Data team to analyse, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure high quality data standards.

You’ll need

  • Experience in executing campaigns in a Marketing automation platform (Braze), preferably in a startup, ecommerce or media & entertainment environment.
  • Aptitude for logic expressions and workflow construction.
  • Excellent project management skills and organisational skills, and a proven success of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in building/measuring marketing campaigns that boost customer retention and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless campaign execution.
