And now, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the DICE Product team.

THE ROLE AND TEAM

Behind the most-loved app for fans is a powerful software suite that enables the music industry to manage and grow the live industry. You will be leading a strong, passionate team who are building solutions that impact millions of people, and it’s one of the most exciting technical programs in the entire live industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Develop and program manage the enterprise solution 
  • Build new and scalable user-facing processes and tools that can be widely adopted by external creators, partners and internal teams 
  • Oversee, communicate and manage the vision, roadmap and key results for our Self Service platform 
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams (Operations Leadership, Operations Managers, Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, etc) to prioritise and maximise the impact of your projects
  • Leverage an analytical mindset. Collect data, user feedback, and market research and use that to inform development of the platform

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • You have 7+ years of work experience in a mix of program management, customer operations, product management or consulting in a technology company. Program Management or Technical Program Management preferred
  • You have a track record of owning and leading by proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed your company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
  • You work well under pressure and can adapt in a fast paced, rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • You are action-oriented, with strong organisation skills and work well with people
  • You can prioritise competing demands while working on complex problems with attention to detail
