The team

You will contribute to our global Sales team by acquiring new customers, uncovering market opportunities, and getting the market talking about Dialpad! The global Sales team is made up of Sales Development, Channel, Enablement, SMB, MidMarket, and Enterprise teams—all teeming with unbridled passion and grit. Our reps help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

What you will achieve

You will further accelerate and develop Dialpad’s Google Partnership.  You will be the face and voice of Dialpad for these key partnerships and responsible for growing pipeline, revenue and mindshare.  

In your first 30 days: 

  • Work closely with the Channel SVP and VP Strategic Alliances to get up to speed on current reporting process, workflows, systems and data sets 
  • Engage with internal partners to understand sales strategy and goals
  • Work with the Google Partner team to gain a broader understanding of state of partnerships in specific regions
  • Become audible ready on Dialpad’s Channel GTM, value prop and platform

In your first 60 days: 

  • Create and implement a GTM plan for the Google Partnerships you manage
  • Provide our Executive Team with weekly metric updates 
  • Build out data dashboards that provide insight to our most pressing business questions  
  • Provide recommendations for processes and GTM improvements to increase revenues from your managed partners

By 90 days: 

  • Be our go-to expert for all Google questions
  • Provide the organization with ongoing, in-depth analysis of relevant Google metrics and recommendations to accelerate or improve them
  • Forecast and quantify our gaps, risks, and opportunities to support our overall Google Strategy
  • Provide recommendations to continue the Google program’s revenue growth and scale

Who you are

You are a dynamic GTM leader who has demonstrated an ability to manage large partnerships and grow scaled revenues.  You are a great communicator and presenter who can command an audience.  You are not afraid to dive deep into the data to identify areas of opportunity and communicate your findings within the teams.  You have a proven track record of building and fostering executive relationships.

  • 5-7+ years Partner leaderships experience on-boarding channel/Alliance partners for a software company in the enterprise software space
  • Recent experience working for an emerging tech company
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with the Google ecosystem 
  • Has met/exceeded own direct sales goals
  • Must show proven methodology to prospect and build pipeline
  • Proven track record of sustained over performance against sales quota and pipeline goals
