We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Marketing as we rapidly expand across markets in the United States. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, in this role you will build our product marketing strategy, working closely with the product and sales teams to ensure our products resonate in-market. The ideal candidate will have a real passion for developing new and innovative ways to communicate solutions to big enterprise problems and craft stories to engage clients. It is imperative that this person be a master of ‘stratecution,’ comfortable driving strategy and executing at the same time. 

You will oversee Diagnostic Robotic’s planning and execution of go-to-market product positioning and launches. You will drive our product marketing strategy and find ways to maximize the value of our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and will have plenty of experience strategizing and executing product marketing campaigns, including bringing products from product-market fit to GTM launch. This person should have strong analytical skills, understanding how to collect and leverage qualitative and quantitative data from market research and other insights and usage metrics.

You will be the authority on our target personas, how they buy and their buying criteria and will share that knowledge to others in marketing and sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand Diagnostic Robotics’ target markets, including the competitive landscape, who are the buyers, what they care about, and what is their end-to-end buying process.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to optimize our product fit and competitiveness in the market on an ongoing basis.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Diagnostic Robotics’ solutions, and craft effective messaging regarding how our product offerings answer market needs. 
  • Lead all internal and external validation efforts, including for new features and products, making sure they align with buyer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and others on the Marketing team to hone the messaging strategy and value proposition of Diagnostic Robotics, and create the required proof points to drive effective pre-sale and customer success processes.
  • Develop narrative, positioning and use cases as they pertain to our core products 
  • Develop and implement sales enablement materials that demonstrate our product’s positioning, value propositions, stories, and messages as they resonate with our buyers, including pitch deck modules, evolving case studies, etc.
  • Partner throughout the organization to create alignment regarding product positioning and messaging.
  • Be the owner of training processes and materials for GTM teams.

 

Requirements 

  • 6+ years of experience working in Product Marketing positions, ideally at a tech company, preferably products that are based on AI;ML technologies.
  • A proven track record of increasing product market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities.
  • Passion for the healthcare domain. Previous experience or knowledge of the US healthcare ecosystem is a huge advantage. 
  • Ability to craft strong, compelling, data-driven stories that work well in B2B environments.
  • Previous experience driving market validation work, including working on IDIs, building surveys and driving appropriate research segmentation  
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach, and ability to create and drive experimentation plans.
  • Strategic, innovative and creative. A strong desire to contribute ideas and strategies.
  • Ability to drive complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and execute a solid product marketing plan..
  • Ability to hone keen insights from complex data.
