As part of our continued global expansion, we are looking for a Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications. The Sr. Manager, Brand & Communications will report into the Head of Marketing and be responsible for driving awareness of the Diagnostic Robotics brand internally and externally through effective and innovative owned and earned brand marketing. This role will work cross-functionally to collaboratively develop and execute our company’s brand vision, creative, voice, and purpose across all channels, ensuring a leadership position in the marketplace.

Leveraging strong and continuous insights, and working closely with agency partners, the ideal candidate will oversee the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s brand vision across channels, while maintaining responsibility for content marketing and creative execution, as well as working cross-collaboratively to develop insights-based sales enablement and awareness assets. The ideal candidate will have had experience managing owned channels such as content hubs (website, social media, etc.) as well as effective earned channels, with particular focus on B2B technology. 

The right candidate will have experience in marketing strategy and tactical execution supporting medium to large B2B sales programs and aggressive revenue growth. 

What you’ll do: 

  1. Oversee the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s brand vision across channels, including management of cohesive brand guidelines

  2. Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand and partner with leaders across the company to ensure underlying brand principles, value proposition, and customer needs are consistently met

  3. Support go-to-market strategies that infuse the Diagnostic Robotics brand across all user touchpoints through visuals, tone, voice, and experience

  4. Own brand guidelines and collaborate with the design and content teams to implement across all communication channels; responsibility for brand across all departments within the company, including UX/Web/Owned channels

  5. Lead and be accountable for the vision, strategy, and results of brand positioning and campaigns, including formulating audience growth plans in collaboration with Demand Gen team

  6. Establish a clear brand essence and clear vision for reporting on brand performance

  7. Ownership of all owned channels and strategic execution (brochure website, dedicated landing pages, blogs, case studies, organic social, etc.)

  8. Strong ownership of content and creative development process; understanding of various content and creative buckets (across earned, owned and paid) is a must

  9. Uncover actionable, inspirational insights that set up the creative and other marketing teams to produce breakthrough work that fosters real business results through impactful marketing assets 

  10. Manage creation and approvals of all marketing assets, advertising, and promotional materials, in collaboration with other marketing team leads

  11. Own the communications strategy that delivers our brand purpose and can be amplified across our paid, owned, and earned media; find new ways & opportunities to drive increased brand awareness

  12. Write all creative briefs that align with brand strategy and value-based brand proposition for all creative projects


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6-8 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in a B2B organization 

  • Experience managing brand campaign strategy, execution, reporting, optimization, and budget 

  • Earned Media/PR experience is a must

  • Past experience managing agency relationships is a must

  • Past experience leveraging CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, etc. 

  • Past experience managing large and complex content/editorial calendars and relevant technologies 

  • Organic social media experience with proven performance is a must

  • Ability to manage creative processes managing copy and creative development 

  • Proven performance in developing and executing creative campaigns that deliver wins for all audiences, across copy and creative

  • Previous experience overseeing a brand, rebrand and/or product launch and have mapped out a solid internal/external communications strategy/rollout

  • Excellent writing skills and can convey messages in a relevant and interesting way

  • Understanding of media performance by owned and earned channels and ability to provide clear objectives and success measures linked to overall business objectives

  • Previous experience managing measurable UX content highly preferred

  • Strong creative, critical thinking and analytical skills
