As part of our Marketing team, you will be joining a dynamic B2B Growth Marketing team focused on driving growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives. Our team is passionate about creating business impact and driving the business forward.

About the role:

As a Marketing Manager – Partner Marketing, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our partner program initiatives. You will collaborate closely sales and with internal teams as well as external partners to drive engagement, generate referral leads, and achieve revenue goals.

We are expanding our partner program and need a talented marketing professional to lead our efforts in building and nurturing partner relationships. This role is essential to driving growth and success for our business and our partners.

In the short term you will:

  • Launch the partner marketing program in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns, and the Regional VP of Strategic Accounts.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote partner programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities.
  • Build strong relationships with partners to drive engagement and alignment on marketing strategies.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials and resources to drive partner success.

In the long term you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Optimize partner programs and initiatives based on performance data and market insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive innovation and growth within the partner program.
  • Support the B2B Growth team on new initiatives and priorities as they arise

What you bring to the team:

Required:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Proven experience in partner marketing or channel marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving ROI and business impact.
  • Ability to execute with urgency.
  • Effective influencing and partnership skills.

 Preferred:

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management platforms.

Remote (US-only) pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
