We're looking for a creative and tenacious Ops Project Manager to join our team. You'll have an outsized impact on the entire organization by working on practical projects across multiple areas, and will be responsible for the company's administrative functions and for maintaining the Seattle office. The role will be full time, with 3-4 days per week in our Fremont neighborhood office.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing dedicated administrative support to multiple Dexterity Capital team members by managing complex calendars, setting up and coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing deliverables
  • Planning and executing small-scale team events, meetings, and helping brainstorm and coordinate team off-sites
  • Welcoming visitors, interviewees, and new employees to the office
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the office to make it a more fun and engaging space for the team
  • Creating and sending out swag packages to employees, recruiting candidates, and partners
  • Maintaining the office, coordinating with cleaners, maintenance people, and other on site vendors
  • Communicating with building management as issues arise
  • Calendaring team wide meetings and managing calendars
  • Ordering supplies, snacks, and catered lunches
  • Booking domestic and international travel and drafting detailed travel itineraries and provide remote assistance with logistics and travel arrangements
