Who We’re Looking For:

Account Manager/Senior Account Manager manages accounts while building their proficiency and the necessary skills needed to lead and manage teams. He / She supervises multiple projects and team members, provides tactical counsel to clients, and manages the appropriate implementation on a variety of projects on a timely, deadline-focused basis.  




  • Serve as a key day-to-day client contacts and response client requests quickly and adeptly
  • Earn the confidence of main client contacts
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of client’s business and industry
  • Develop an in-depth understanding to different client contacts and propose proper ideas/directions/suggestions to their projects based on their needs and preference
  • Develop long term plans and program recommendations for clients
  • Keep client programs on schedule and ensure all deadliness are met
  • Provide client counsel on tactical matters, linked to strategic plans
  • Generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
  • Develop and deliver client presentations
  • Lead regular client calls and provide account activity updates
  • Manage day-to-day activation expenses to ensure that teams are staying on budget and be able to flag issues to senior managers in a timely manner
  • Liaises with cross-agency team on an ongoing basis


  • Assist with development of media strategies
  • Know the industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client
  • Demonstrate a well-developed knowledge of relevant client media
  • Generate ideas for media outreach and pitch efforts
  • Pitch media persuasively and make pitch recommendations
  • Write and/or edit media relations materials
  • Qualify media inquiries and elevate important positive and negative feedback appropriately to team and client as necessary
  • Work with media for in-depth collaboration with full and comprehensive communcation
  • Direct and supervise the logistics of events (eg: satellite media tours, desk side briefings, editor events, etc.)
  • Supervise media list development


  • Contribute to the development of strategic client plans, proposals, releases, customer profiles and other press materials
  • Account for quality control and final review of all letters, memos, meeting reports, and client materials
  • Work with media to develop in-depth industrial analysis based on client’s business
  • Counsel staff in the areas of writing and editing as necessary


Team Management

  • Develop work plan of junior team members ,train and develop staff and conduct performance reviews
  • Organize team brainstorming and assign work according to members' profile
  • Ensure quality work from team in order to meet/exceed client expectations
  • Be involved in staffing of team, including reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates
  • Serve as a role model to other team members
  • Attend account reviews and staff meetings – provide ongoing communications and feedback
  • Successfully contribute to the growth of existing accounts
  • Track team results against client’s goals
  • Actively participate in agency development and assist with new business
  • Effectively communicate and manage up to senior team members about client or internal team issues and successes
  • Relay client and senior management feedback on work and performance with junior staff
  • Involved in staffing of team, including reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates


Administrative Support

  • Create accurate budget estimates for client for long term and short term programs
  • Track/enter time in a precise and timely manner
  • Monitor group budgeting, revision, and account assignments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned





  • Bachelor's Degree


Professional Experience

  • 6-8 years related professional experience in healthcare product/corporate practice
