This role requires 50% travel, both domestic and international.

We are looking for a Global Head of Event and Field Marketing to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will architect and lead a transformative Event and Field Marketing organization.  You will also be responsible for developing and executing our worldwide event strategy and field marketing programs. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create high-impact experiences that drive business growth and customer engagement across global markets.

We are an untraditional revenue organization, built to support a rapidly scaling technology start-up underpinned by a hybrid approach of Product-Led and Sales-Led Growth strategies. The pace will be fast, and the impact will be eminently tangible.

Objectives of this Role

  • Own the global events and field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue / pipeline targets
  • Build and lead high-performing field and event marketing teams across multiple regions
  • Create and execute memorable event experiences that effectively showcase our software solutions
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes for event planning, execution, and measurement
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and design teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Drive innovation in event formats and field marketing approaches
  • Track and analyze program performance to optimize ROI
  • Present results and recommendations to executive leadership

Ideal Candidate Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years extensive global experience, especially in managing events and field marketing across diverse regions, with India being a plus
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a global organization
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale B2B events and field marketing programs
  • Experience managing substantial budgets and vendor relationships
  • Experience in the software/tech industry
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid event formats
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
