Position Overview:

As the HR Technology and Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our HR systems, processes, and strategies to support our global workforce. You will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing HR technologies and operations, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational excellence to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology and operations strategy aligned with business objectives, leveraging technology to drive innovation and enhance organizational performance.
  • HR Systems Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, and other related platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and user adoption.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and reporting capabilities to provide insights and metrics to support data-driven decision-making, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR technology and operations comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and industry best practices, mitigating risks and maintaining data security and confidentiality.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, partners, and service providers, overseeing contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance to ensure optimal value and support.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, fostering adoption and maximizing benefits realization across the organization.
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HR technology and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR technology management, operations, or related roles, preferably in a global SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems and processes, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management systems, with proficiency in system selection, implementation, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • First Principles thinking towards building HR technology infrastructure, be scrappy while balancing with long term scale.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively globally across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR technology and operations strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
