Job Description

A Product Marketing Manager acts as a bridge between the product development teams and the customers, ensuring that products are not only built with user needs in mind but also effectively communicated to the target market. Leveraging deep insights into market trends, competitors, and customer preferences, they craft compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies to position products advantageously in the market. Their role encompasses defining and refining product messaging, managing product launches, coordinating with sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns, and gathering feedback for continuous product improvement. By balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities, the Product Marketing Manager plays an indispensable role in driving product awareness, adoption, and growth.

Narrative Design: Develop a compelling, educational, and brand-aligned narrative. Utilize this foundational story to drive marketing assets that resonate, including our website, product pages, and more.

Drive Product Adoption: Consistently orchestrate product launches, expanding both product use-cases and customer acquisition channels, ensuring each update echoes the product's intrinsic value and social proof.

Growth Operations: Delve deep into specific business metrics and commercial goals. Optimize the entire user journey, from acquisition to retention, leveraging short-term experiments for incremental improvements.

Strategic Alignment: Immerse yourself in our product, engage closely with the product team, and synchronize strategic narratives with distinct product features.

Content Creation: Develop a suite of content, from webinars to advanced courses, positioning our users for success and growth.

Customer Engagement: Regularly liaise with customers, translating their needs into compelling, data-backed business cases.

Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with training, content, and tools needed to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.

GTM Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute a robust go-to-market strategy, ensuring smooth product launches and market penetration.

Demand Generation: Design and implement strategies to drive demand, enhance brand visibility, and generate leads for the sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Holds a BS/BA (or MS/MA) or equivalent degree, with a passion for technology, design, and business.
  • Brings 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or software engineering, with a proven ability to launch and nurture products.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, combining clear verbal output with effective written and visual content.
  • Demonstrates an ability to convert intricate, data-driven feedback into actionable plans.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of SaaS, product-led growth, sales enablement, and strategic business operations.
