The marketing team at Desktop Metal is hiring a sales channel marketing specialist to manage and optimize our relationships and marketing programs with our network of companies that sell our 3D printers.
Primary Responsibilities

Manages and maintains relationships with sales channel partners globally

Creates and distributes a bi-weekly email to sales partners that informs them of new marketing collateral, upcoming webinars, and events

Responds to requests from sales channel partners in a timely way

Arranges a bi–annual Zoom meeting with global partners and the marketing, product and customer service teams

Maintains an event calendar, sales channel contact database and other administrative tools to create, organize and distribute marketing contact for the sales channel

Ensures that we are appropriately engaged with sales channel partners on social media by sharing, liking and responding to partner posts

Assists with other marketing activities, such as event preparation and social media as needed - with room to grow into new roles over time

Works with the graphics team to maintain a merchandising store and strategy with partners

Partners with cross-functional teams throughout the Team DM organization on important information to ensure we’re delivering the right assets to enable sales in the channel

Works with management to develop and track KPIs to evaluate the performance of the sales channel marketing activities
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in marketing, communications or business
- 1-5 years of experience in a marketing, communications or a cross-functional business role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Understands how to develop and maintain business relationships
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Able to be flexible in a dynamic and fast-growing environment
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Interested in achieving goals and advancement opportunities
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways
- Experience in 3D printing or advanced manufacturing an advantage
