In this position, you will be balancing your responsibilities between paid and organic social media campaigns. Part of your role involves community management, aiming to cultivate brand loyalty among our social media followers and engaging prospective customers to facilitate product sales across various social media platforms.

You will play a key role in upholding a monthly content calendar, which encompasses tasks such as generating content ideas, collaborating with design teams, scheduling posts on various social channels, and progressively refining content based on performance metrics.

 

Furthermore, you will assist with paid advertising campaigns. This includes drafting up creative requests, initiating and implementing campaigns, taking screenshots for proof of execution, and tracking weekly expenditure pacing. Your contribution will be crucial in propelling our client’s social media strategy and amplifying the brand’s digital footprint.

Would you like to…

  • Support paid social media campaigns, including the creation, execution, and optimization of advertisements across various social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This includes monitoring campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets based on performance metrics, and reporting on key KPIs.
  • Own community management, social selling, and engagement for Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook – including, but not limited to replying to fan comments, questions, and messages within SLA and target goals. Hours of response are between 9am and 6pm PT, observing all weekends and major U.S. holidays.
  • Support execution of influencer, affiliate, demand gen and educational content campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, sales, and retention.
  • Help develop brand social strategy; optimize paid and organic tactics across multiple social platforms.
  • Work with the larger marketing team and strategy to support brand-wide initiatives, improve publishing cadence and carry-out efforts to measure the impact of content throughout the marketing lifecycle.
  • Work with design team to ideate and produce compelling content, providing feedback where necessary.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of social editorial calendars – including management of all content scheduling and publishing across channels.
  •  Stay informed of the latest trends and tools in social marketing to increase brand visibility.

We would like for you to have…

  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand through paid and organic tactics, preferably within an agency environment
  • Ability to create best-in-class social media content and contribute to the content creation process
  • Passion about social media; up to date on trends, best practices, and best-in-class campaigns excelling across social
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with a focus on external communications preferred
  • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong willingness to collaborate and engage cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly, ask smart questions, and make recommendations in stakeholder meetings
  • Knowledge of the PC, gaming, and consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus

Compensation Range: $60,000 - $75,000

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidate’s range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
