Grow and develop the talent of the creative team alongside People Partner
Part of the management team to set the creative direction of the Copenhagen studio and build a centre of excellence
Demonstrate broad lateral thinking rooted in references beyond the design world and inspire people around you to do the same
A collaboration partner to internal teams to define strong responses and points of view to clients' requests and briefs

A craftsman within branding and digital design with a solid track record of leading teams and clients to impactful and integrated, award-winning design solutions
A strategic thinker ensuring idea driven design solutions delivering on business objectives
An exceptional communicator and storyteller - both written and spoken - able to inspire and engage business leaders to make bold choices
A problem solver and visionary with ideas that challenge the ordinary - and the drive and guts - to bring them to life
A facilitator who can link insights, strategy and creative problem thinking into a solution and host inspiring workshops
A team player who leads through action - someone who shows the way and sets teams up for success - demonstrating ownership, passion and drive to deliver at the highest level of creativity at every step of the way
A driver of creative excellence and a spokesman of strategic design internally and externally - spearheading Designit’s role and achievements across the globe and building Designit’s reputation
Work in a connected, agile and imaginative way with the broader Designit team
An EU national, or have a working permit for Denmark
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language!
