We’re looking for a Project Manager with the passion and experience to deliver what matters – one project at a time. Our new Project Manager will play a role in managing the development of our clients new physical experiences across all stores.

 Would you like to... 

  • Help to define project execution path including necessary resources, partnerships, processes, and stakeholder responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple internal teams and outside vendors to deliver complex in-store experiences and fixtures
  • Constantly clarify project next steps, roles, responsibilities, and emergent needs to keep projects on track
  • Build ad hoc processes to manage new experience and fixture development including project timelines and deliverable trackers
  • Identify problems early as projects unfold; help devise and implement solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and devise ways to take advantage of those opportunities
  • Write scope of work documents and guide them through internal approval processes
  • Help to define project execution path including necessary resources, partnerships, processes, and stakeholder responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline in-store fixture inventory, replenishment, and incorporation of new fixtures
  • Identify opportunities and implement executive level retail solutions
  • Support management in the development of status update presentations on current and future projects

We would like you to have... 

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Forward-thinking digitally savvy individual who has a passion retail and particularly physical experience development and deployment
  • Project management experience and a strong ability to set priorities, establish process or drive improvements on existing methods
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast paced, diverse cross functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated decision making and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Commercial acumen partnered with a creative mind
