Our new Consumer Innovations Program Manager will play a key role in daily program management of commercial-focused innovation programs to include program roadmaps, execution, tracking, results monitoring, presentation creation, communication building and database creation/management, process doc creation/management.

We would like you to have...

  • Commercial or Consumer Sales experience
  • Demonstrated project management, strategy, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills, including owning roadmaps, creating documentation, tracking and reporting out on trends, and communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and be highly adaptable
  • Proven track record of driving results
  • A passion to be a positive self-starter, who is forward-thinking with an eye for detail
  • Strong M365 suite capabilities (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Call Center background would be beneficial
  • PM Software a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
