This role is part of our Holding team based in Copenhagen. JOB PURPOSE

As our Workplace Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of that mission. You’ll ensure our day-to-day operations are smooth, support a best-in-class employee experience, and help fuel the growth and momentum of our team. You’ll effortlessly juggle multiple tasks with a smile, all while supporting the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps DEPT® running at full speed.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment.
  • Manage office supplies, snacks, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with building management and external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.).
  • Oversee mail and package distribution and incoming deliveries.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
  • Assist with planning and executing office events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Monitor and address workplace health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure a seamless workplace experience.
  • Track budgets and expenses related to facilities and supplies.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting (printers, Wi-Fi, A/V).
  • Positive attitude, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Knowledge of workplace tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Envoy, or equivalent) is a plus.
