JOB PURPOSE
For our fast-growing and ambitious business unit, we are looking for a talented individual to complement our Marketing Technology team.
This role will introduce you to all the different operational aspects of the Marketing Technology world and the most cutting edge online marketing techniques in the market. You will work within a team with a diverse skill set, which will help you to discover both search & display marketing, as well as data analytics and cloud solutions. This wide range of exposure will set you up to become a well-rounded financial/administrative operations associate.
The end goal of this position will be for you to be able to manage the financial cycle of our high-profile clients such as Ahold, JET, smart and others, as well as support the day-to-day administrative operations of the team. To get to that point, your week will be a combination of continuous training and practice. Within this role, you will learn the ropes of financial operations, from invoicing and payments to record-keeping and reporting. You will also help our new clients to onboard and help current clients get the most out of Google Marketing Platform. In doing so, you will navigate internal and external stakeholders to help clients in the best way possible.
The MarTech team
Our team started in 2020 with selling Google Marketing Platform, as the first of a number of MarTech tools that we sell. With the different MarTech tools that we sell, we enable and help our clients grow in using these platforms. At the moment we're helping out more than 50 clients all over Europe and the Middle East, with an ambition to expand our boundaries.
You'll join an international team, collaborating with DEPT® offices across the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, United States and Denmark. The core team includes people from all layers of the organization. In doing so, we’re a flat organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- You'll be part of the operations team, responsible for top notch client experience
- You’ll be managing clients through their onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success
- You'll be the face of the MarTech team to many of our clients, receiving questions from clients and DEPT® and connecting them to the right specialists
- You will be helping out with the execution of our invoicing
- You will become the reliable backbone of the team’s day-to-day administrative tasks
- You will apply your creativity to support our marketing team
- You'll be hands-on in the basics of all different MarTech solutions. Once a client wants to go in-depth you'll fly in a specialist
- You will assist clients with their administrative setup, as well as respond to their financial and other inquiries, and organize their data to create reports
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Have excellent organizational and project management skills
- Adaptability, proactive approach, and problem solving aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to spot errors
- Know what it’s like to deliver excellent customer service
- Are not afraid to operate independently and take ownership of client communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Have a creative mindset to continuously improve our/your way of working
- Ability to work from our Skopje office in a hybrid model (minimum of five times per month)
- Bachelor's degree completed
